Jeffrey Brock Irby

unnamedIntroducing Attorney Jeffrey Brock Irby, P. C. | Bankruptcy Attorney in North Alabama

Jeff is a native of Alabama, growing up in Madison County. In the town of his youth, Jeff began showing signs of leadership quite early in virtually all areas of life.

In 1995, Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts degree, double majoring in political science and psychology. His scholarship included the study of economics, history, and philosophy. He was no stranger to hard work, holding down three jobs while attending college. He was a resident manager of an apartment complex, a student union center building manager, and a social worker at Brewer Porch Children’s Center. This helped him to keep a roof over his head, and food on the table, all while maintaining a strong 3.5 GPA.

Prior to beginning his legal studies, in the summer of 1995 Jeff clerked for Congressman Robert “Bud” Cramer in Washington D.C. In 1998 he spent his third year of law school at The University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. In 1999 Jeff received his Juris Doctorate from The University of Oklahoma Law College in Norman, Oklahoma.

Memorialized in Jeff’s law office is his grandfather, William Brock Grigsby’s, WWII personal effects. Mr. Grigsby was a Silver Star and Purple Heart recipient. Jeff treats Veterans and Servicemembers with honor. He holds a special place in his heart for the men and women who have served our Country.
